Breaking News: Thailand’s political scene is shaking! According to several media sources in Thailand, the Constitutional Court of Thailand voted 5:4 to pass the “petition of opposition members”, and made a judgment on “Prayut’s term of office of 8 years”, which will suspend Prayut Prime Minister from now on!

To maintain the integrity of the cabinet structure, Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister Prayut may temporarily act as Prime Minister (also known as Acting Prime Minister, Caretaker Prime Minister) until the court decides whether Prime Minister Prayut has reached the eight-year term limit stipulated in the constitution according to the deliberation process. The review process will be completed within September.

The court’s announcement is not the final ruling. The so-called “8-year limit” refers to the fact that according to the Thai constitution, the term of any prime minister does not exceed 8 years. Interim Prime Minister”, the Constitutional Court determined that this time point has a “validation effect” and constitutes an “8-year limit” on August 24, 2022, so it decided to “suspend Prayuth” before making a final ruling. This means that the current Prayuth is no longer the prime minister, but is replaced by Prayi.

Today, the whole Thai opposition jubilantly celebrate! However, there is nothing to cheer about. Because #Prayut resignation# and #Bayi came to power# are the hot spots of today’s search. The two brothers, one after the other, have not changed much in essence.

Next, Thailand may face the risk of “dissolving the parliament” or “adjusting the cabinet”, and the “big policy trend” behind it will also change due to the change in political interests, and various parties have begun to go to the streets for their plans. The big shock is finally here!

Tonight, the whole Thai parade gathered, either to celebrate “Prayut’s temporary downfall”, or to continue the right to scold “Prayut”, changing the soup, not the medicine. “Blood storm” in the political arena, Prayut fell, and all the follow-up effects will follow!

However, has Prayuth fallen? not necessarily! The House of Lords is all his people, the General Election Committee is all his people, even the Constitutional Court! Who can guarantee that the “suspension” at this time is not a “retreat to advance” negotiated within the faction? Wait for the final verdict to be confirmed, as long as that day does not come, everything will be overturned!
